This is some of the best laying property available. It is level to rolling with excellent building sites throughout the property. Property lays on both sides of Rob Watson Road with one side of the road bounded by the Big South Fork. Property is also near the entrance of the Big South Fork. Tracts 1, 2, and 3 adjoin the Big South Fork. Electric, water and gas is approx. 1,000 feet from the beginning property lines which are tracts 1 and 13. The entrance into the park is approx. 300 feet past tracts 6 & 7. This park has some trails and roads that allow some uses other than hiking and horse riding. AUCTION BIDDER DEFAULT: Successful bidder not executing and returning the contract with earnest money deposit within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction will be considered in default. In the event a winning bidder fails to submit the signed Contract for Sale of Real Estate and earnest money deposit, the winning bidder will be charged a penalty fee of $3,000.00 on the credit card provided at auction registration. Additional default remedies are reserved by Ayers Auction & Real Estate and the Seller as provided in the Auction Terms and Conditions and the Contract for Sale of Real Estate.
