I feel totally scammed. Won the bid on a pallet that had a Shark vacuum on top, I needed a new vacuum so very excited. Got the boxes home, opened the vacuum only to find out the vacuum in the box was not the same as displayed on the box. Not to mention that it is so old Shark doesn't even make that one any longer. It was broken and filthy. When I called to express my disappointment the gal on the phone could not have cared any less. No apology nothing other than we don't have the man power to open boxes and check them. But I could open boxes on the pallet before I bid, yup that's convenient when their hours are the same as my working hours. I will NOT bid again.

If I could post Zero stars i would. I purchased a car seat from crowe auction and I am absolutely disgusted. When I received the item, it was immediately clear something was off. Upon inspecting the seat, I found feces smeared underneath the fabric . How does something like this even happen? It’s beyond unacceptable. I don’t even feel safe bringing it near my car, let alone letting my child use it. I understand that auction items are sold as-is, but this goes way beyond normal wear and tear. It’s unhygienic, and frankly, gross. Do not buy from this auction service unless you literally take apart your items and do full inspections before bidding, if not inspected you may deal with unclean, unsanitary, and downright disgusting items.

You will be winning bidder 2 hours past auction end but the will keep adding time even with out new bids then out of no were someone bids pointless

Definitely something everyone should check out if they're looking for a decent price items.

This BUISNESS is awesome. Denise is very kind as well as her coworkers. You can't go wrong spending your money here. It's definitely worth the trip.

Usually go twice a month and the employees are great to work with..the receptionist is always friendly and the guys are quick getting your things and they usually give ya hand with your goodies..thanks guys!!!!
